Infinitely refillable.
It starts with the pick
Molded in hyper durable PEEK resin the pick was designed to be comfortable in the hand with soft surfaces, easy to clean with over molded detailing to cover gaps and resilient to last for years.
Protected top to bottom
To protect the piece you use the most we had to ensure the case was both strong and easy to clean. The case was designed with smooth surfaces, hidden venting and durable materials to achieve this.
Sustainable impact
A single molded fiber floss pod replaces 180 single use plastic floss picks.
Portable confidence
In our research it showed that people needed a mirror to floss and wanted to see if food was stuck in their teeth. We solved this by adding a mirror to the lid of the case and shaped it to focus on just the teeth.
Pick development
The piece the user interacts with the most so it was paramount to get the comfort, proportion and size just right. I explored a variety of form factors and ways we could lock floss into the pick.
Case development
An exploration of a variety of external form factors, refill mechanisms and layout of surfaces.
