Building with people.

Iā€™m originally from Oakland, California, and studied Industrial Design at the Rochester Institute of Technology. There, I embraced user-focused design principles and applied them early on. I gained valuable experience in research while working at several companies.

At quip, I helped build the Industrial Design process and collaborated with skilled design researchers and strategists. Working on hardware at quip allowed me to experience all phases of product development, visit overseas factories, and learn about manufacturing from talented engineers. I apply these insights in my design process to ensure my concepts address the problem comprehensively.

In my free time, I enjoy exploring hidden spots in New York City, making music with friends, and playing golf at public courses across the city.
